The Upper Yough is rated one of the best rivers in the Eastern U. S. One of our experienced whitewater guides captains your raft for the entire journey. Their professional rafting skills and knowledge allows you to experience the best the river has to offer. These rip-roaring trips run at a ratio of three guests to one guide. What months does it run?
April- October on a limited release schedule, takes 5-6 hours for the day, lunch is provided.
How long is the trip?
The Upper Yough Trip runs for 9.5 miles. This usually takes between three and a half and five hours.
Is lunch provided?
Yes! Upper Yough adventurers are served cooked ham and turkey (not lunch meat) on croissants with a seasonal fruit and cookies prior to departure.
Will there be a guide in my boat?
Yes, on the Upper Yough it is required that a guide be in every single raft.
