The rafting package includes craft, paddles, life jackets, and helmets. Reservations are accepted year-round for trips from April to October.
Embark on the full 7.5-mile Lower Yough section and customize your itinerary with launch times starting at 8:15 am, every half hour until 2:45 pm. Complete the journey in about 3.5 hours or take a more leisurely pace—your choice. The low rental fee provides up to 6 hours for your trip, and you must return to Ohiopyle. If your preferred time isn’t available, call us to schedule an alternate time.
Keep in mind that no transportation is provided back to Ohiopyle. You must return with your group and equipment to White Water Adventurers. Two cars are recommended; alternatively, rent a bike for the return trip. On weekdays, park at Bruner Run take-out, and on weekends, park at Old Mitchell Parking Lot, 1 mile from Bruner Run.
Note: Register and purchase a launch ticket ($10/person) from Ohiopyle State Park on the day of your trip. No shuttle service is available on weekdays; Bruner gate is open Monday to Friday.
Lower Yough Loop Section – 1.5 miles
Customize your itinerary with our convenient launch times. Launch times begin as early as 8:15 am and are available every 1/2 hour till 4:30 pm. Our low rental fee allows most paddlers “running the loop” to experience it twice before returning the equipment to White Water Adventurers. Keep in mind that paddlers launching before 3:15 pm will need to pay the launch ticket to the Ohiopyle State Park each time they launch.
No shuttles are necessary on the loop section. Upon leaving the river you carry your equipment back to White Water Adventurers, 6 Negley St Ohiopyle PA.
