Summary: Paddle either a raft or a kayak down the Lower Youghiogheny, Middle Youghiogheny, or Upper Youghiogheny Rivers with our guests; supervising, instructing, and ensuring their safety and enjoyment while on the river. Training is provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out duties assigned by Trip leader/manager
- Communicate and interact appropriately with guests and co-workers
- Maintain safety procedures for all guests and co-workers on and off the river
Requirements:
- Have a passion for the river and nature
- Possess initiative and leadership characteristics
- Communicate with solid interpersonal and oral skills
- Maintain a drug and alcohol free work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Successfully complete WWA training program
- Outgoing, passionate personality
- Strong work ethic and team player.

Summary: This position is the face and voice of White Water Adventurers. Generally, you are the first person our guests encounter. Enthusiastic personalities and strong communication skills are paramount.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering guest questions with correct information in a clear, concise, and helpful manner on the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
- Selling all White Water Adventurers, Inc. goods and services
- Maintain an enthusiastic and professional demeanor
- Properly interact with guests on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Ability to merchandise and track inventory
- Complete end of day reports properly and accurately
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Summary: Carry out a variety of tasks from repairing and maintaining our rental bike fleet to customer service and safety operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep all bikes in safe and working condition
- Communicate with guests of where and how to ride our trails
- Document repairs and order parts
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner
- Communicate appropriately with guests and co-workers
- Team player
